How many watts does a steam generator have?

       Generally, steam generators can be as small as 3 kW, 6 kW, 12 kW, 24 kW, 36 kW... and as large as 360 kW, 720 kW, or even larger.

       Regarding the power classification of steam generators, each manufacturer has different standards. Casting technology and the power of the accompanying electric heating tubes are key factors.

       1. Casting technology is the core technique in producing steam equipment. Good technology can produce higher-quality steam generators, such as stable operational performance, long service life, and meeting user needs in multiple aspects.

       2. Generally, how many watts a steam generator has mainly depends on the electric heating tubes. The power of the steam generator can be as small as the power of the electric heating tubes; by combining multiple electric heating tubes and matching them with appropriate technology, the steam generator can meet the demand for higher power.

   "Watt" is a unit of power, where 1000 watts = 1 kilowatt, or 1 kW. The power of electric steam generators is generally measured in kW. For non-electric steam generators, we usually use the rated evaporation rate to measure the size of the equipment, such as 500 kg/h, 500 kg/h, 0.5 T/h, etc.
